Getting help

If something isn't working as expected, try:

1. Restart the app — force-quit and reopen Mintseed.
2. Update iOS — Mintseed's home screen widget requires iOS 17 or later.
3. Reinstall — deleting and reinstalling removes local data; back up via CSV export first if needed.

Common questions

Does Mintseed need the internet?

No. Mintseed works fully offline.

Does Mintseed connect to my bank?

No. You enter spending manually.

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone only. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I export my data?

Open Wallet or Analytics and use Export to CSV, then share via the iOS share sheet.

The widget shows "No budget set"

Open Mintseed and complete budget setup. The widget reads from the same on-device data as the app.
